Findlay Road is off the north end of Kings Heath High Street (A435). Follow Findlay Road around to the left and you’ll find Hickory Dickory’s Playhouse.
From the North: approximate car travel time from Birmingham City Centre is 10-15 minutes.
From the South: approximate car travel from the M42 (junction 3 for the A435) is also 10-15 minutes.
Access to 3 Findlay Road runs alongside Homebase and Homebase’s delivery area. Visitors in cars are requested to pay careful attention to visitors on foot. All visitors, but especially those on foot must pay very careful attention to Homebase delivery vehicles. Visitors on foot should use the footpath and all visitors must adhere to the road and footpath signage. Visitors are not permitted to park on the access road or in Homebase’s delivery area.
Visitors can find additional parking in the car park at the top of the road for a max of 2 hours (please refer to signs), or other roads in the vicinity. If in doubt please ask at reception.
Kingsway Park Close

Kingsway Industrial Park on Kingsway Park Close is conveniently situated just off the A38 in the Mickleover/Mackworth area, near Markeaton Park, 5-10 minutes west of Derby City centre.
From the North: From Markeaton Park roundabout continue on the A38 south bound and after about 300 metres take the signposted left turning, follow Raleigh Street round and turn left into Kingsway Park Close.
From the South: At the Kingsway junction between A38 and A5111 continue north on the A38 (towards Matlock). After about 100 metres take the signposted left turning, follow the road round. Turn left onto Brackensdale
Avenue then second right into Kingsway Park Close.
Please note that there is good pedestrian access (walkway by Sainsbury’s) from Kingsway Retail Park but no road access.
Visitors can find additional parking on parts of Kingsway Park Close and other roads in the vicinity (e.g. Greenwich Drive South) but please be considerate and do not block access to other units or houses and beware of the dreaded yellow lines. If in doubt please ask at the reception.
All visitors, but especially those on foot, should pay very careful attention to delivery vehicles in the Industrial Park area.
