In 2007 we were chosen as a Midlands region winner in HSBC Start-Up Stars Awards presented in association with the Daily Express and Sky News.  We were really pleased to be recognised outside of the sector as a new business that has had a positive impact on the community and this great following being one of three finalists in the Mustard Gold Awards (best new buisness in the region category) earlier in 2007.

AFTER SCHOOL MEAL DEAL - FOOD + PLAY = £5.99 (£3.99 for members)

Have an evening off from doing the children's teas and let them burn off some energy! Our after school meal deal is as follows:

• Admission for one child + child's meal from our menu or lunch box (specific items subject to availability) + cup of squash
• Admission can be from 3.30pm and food orders must be placed by 4.45pm
• Available on normal school days

PRE SCHOOL CHILDREN/TODDLER ACTIVITIES

We have put a lot of thought into the needs of our younger visitors and have provided them with their own large play structure that is strictly for the under 5's. This has also been designed so that within this there is a 'traffic free' area for babies.

It is packed with challenging, entertaining, fun and learning experiences that will keep them occupied for ages.

Week day mornings in term time we also have special toddler morning sessions at a discounted entrance price, including squash for the children. We try and run a different activity daily and these are rotated so regular visitors should get to try new things. Activity starts at 11am.The 5 core themes are Art/Storytime, Cooking/baking, Plants/flowers, Creative Craft, Movement/Dance.

MEMBERSHIP

Annual membership costs £27.50 per child (£20 promotion offer in Derby) and this entitles the member and their parent/guardian to the following benefits:

• £2 off the total admission price of every visit *
• 5 complimentary coffees or teas
• Birthday boy or girl goes for free if their party is held at Hickory Dickory's that year

* This also applies to the meal deal price when available.

GROUP BOOKING DISCOUNTS

For group bookings of over 10 children we have discounted admission rates of between 10% - 20% depending on times.  Please contact us for more details.
